DESCRIPTION:Hike at Bradbury Mountain State Park\, Pownal \nWhat: About 3 miles out and back: South Ridge Trail to Boundary Trail to the Bradbury-Pineland Corridor. This is a challenging route: lots of roots\, scrambling over boulders\, and numerous steep sections. I find poles very helpful. No dogs\, please. \nWhen: Monday\, April 1\, 1 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. \nWhere: Bradbury Mountain State Park\, 528 Route 9/Hallowell Rd\, Pownal. Enter the west side of the park. Pay the fee at the ranger booth\, then immediately turn left to reach the parking lot for group camping. This is not the main parking lot.
