SUMMARY:Pineland Farms XC Ski or Snowshoe
DESCRIPTION:Meet at Pineland Farms for miles of xc skiing or snowshoeing – take your pick. I will be on classic Nordic skis and intermediate/expert trails – beginners are welcome and there are great easy trails to choose from. The trails are also groomed for skate skiing\, and there’s a separate trail network for snowshoeing. Tickets are $20 for xc skiing\, $12 for snowshoeing. We can get lunch in the cafe after a couple hours skiing\, then go back out to the trails if people want a longer workout. Meet at 10 AM with your trail pass already purchased\, all geared up and ready to hit the trails. RSVP by text or call to 207-380-6008 for our meeting place so I know who’s coming.

DESCRIPTION:Sebago Lake State Park.  Meet at 1:00 PM at the Ranger Station on the Casco side of the Park\, 61 Cub Point Road\, Casco.  Turn off Rte 302 at park sign.  Bring food and water.  Call for carpooling 207-749-0211. \nTrails on Casco side: 5.5 miles of groomed trails for cross-country skiing\, including 1.5 miles for skate skiing.  Many more miles “ungroomed” but possibly packed by snowshoes or other skiers.  The SUNSET is beautiful!! \n\n\n\nYou can check trail conditions on the Maine.gov website \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou can also call (207) 693-6231 for trail conditions \n\n\n\n
