DESCRIPTION:Please join us to celebrate our independence this July 3-6 at Lamoine State Park. \nNestled in the heart of Down east Maine\, this oceanfront park is located in one of the most sought-after vacation regions in the state. Lamoine State Park’s central location is a quiet alternative that provides easy access to Bar Harbor\, Acadia National Park\, Great Pond Mountain Conservation Trust\, and the Donnell Pond Public Preserve. Visitors enjoy camping\, hiking\, biking\, kayaking or canoeing and simple relaxation in a beautiful location. Park views of Frenchman’s Bay\, and amenities such as the campground facilities and boat launching ramp are some of the park’s highlights. \nWe’ve reserved Group A Kitchen Shelter and Group Site B for plenty of room and peaceful quiet with room for up to 20 + people and one or two campers(no hookups). The Kitchen Shelter features electricity and hot water wash up area\, with room for 4 picnic tables. Adjacent is the fire circle so bring your chairs. Showers are available. \nThursday night will be on your own\, Friday night a pot luck\, and Saturday\, optional lobster dinner with corn etc with an additional cost. \nCost is $30 for some or all nights per person.
