SUMMARY:Monthly Meeting: Maine by Foot
DESCRIPTION:Rebecca Goldfine\, creator of the “Maine by Foot” website will talk with us about hiking and conservation.  She’ll explain why she started her quixotic quest to hike every public trail in Maine and what she’s learned along the way. She’ll also offer trail recommendations! \nRebecca is a Maine native who grew up in Cape Elizabeth. She graduated from Williams College with an anthropology degree and from Columbia University with a journalism degree. After reporting for small newspapers in Maine and New Hampshire for a few years\, she began working for Bowdoin’s communications department in 2012\, the same year she launched Maine by Foot as an online guide to Maine’s trails. \n  \n6:30PM Social;   7:00PM  Program Start\nA2U2 Church\, 524 Allen Ave.\, Portland
