SUMMARY:Paddle the Presumpscot River–New\, Easy Launch
DESCRIPTION:Meet at the boat launch at 2:00 at 58 Lincoln Street (just before the skate rink) in Westbrook.  Call or text ahead-207-749-0211\, so I’ll look for you.  Last minute is fine!  It looks like a cradle for kayaks has been added.  If you don’t have a boat\, there are boats to rent.  Boats are unlocked with a scan and payment method.  PDF and paddle included. \nGentle paddle up river with heron\, turtles\, various birds and plants.  Enjoy a precious summer afternoon close to Portland-Westbrook-Gorham\, etc.  After the paddle\, we’ll join the fun on the Riverwalk (see separate post) in Westbrook for those who’d like.  Swift current and dynamic falls with fish ladder views from Westbrook’s Riverwalk.  Bring and wear PFDs; have drinking water and snacks in case you need energy.
