Contra dance FUNraiser

Date(s) - Sun, Nov 25, 2018
1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Experience Level

This is a leaderless event.  I will be dancing!

PLEASE carry your clean shoes in.

Never tried contra dancing?  Don’t be intimidated.  Contra dancing is a cross between square dancing and line dancing.  It is less complicated than square dancing and more sophisticated than line dancing.  Each dance has a walk through in the beginning to teach the steps.  If you bring a partner it is recommended that you don’t dance with another new person in the beginning.  This is to have the opportunity for experienced dancers to guide you through the dance and learn better.  This is a chem free event.  All the people involved are the friendliest, gracious, and welcoming you will ever meet.
