On September 16, I’ll be participating in the WALK 4 CMT on Peaks Island. Please support my journey.
Charcot-Marie-Tooth is a slowly progressive disease affecting peripheral nerves. People who suffer from CMT experience sensory and/or motor dysfunction of the nerves that supply the arms/hands and legs/feet. My cousin, Benjy has been diagnosed with CMT and experiences muscle weakness and considerable pain from the disease. He doesn’t let CMT slow him down, though, as he continues to enjoy activities such as hiking, adaptive skiing, swimming and travel. I am participating in the Walk 4 CMT to raise money for research, education and outreach. Please sponsor me and help make a difference. Together, with your support, we can reach our fundraising goal.
