DESCRIPTION:Join MOACer Jean Armstrong at Mayo Street Arts Gallery Opening Friday\, 5/1/26 for 1st Friday Artwalk. Mayo St. Arts\, at 10 Mayo St.\, 2 streets parallel to Franklin Arterial toward Munjoy Hill\, is hosting the Miniature Show with over 125 miniature works of art in many media types. Most items are for sale and profits benefit Mayo Street Arts. Jean joins dozens of artists that were selected to be in this show. The miniature show is a yearly tradition\, one that is particularly needed this year where the city took away Mayo Street’s non profit status so they are now facing financial challenges with city taxes.  The show is free and will be up for a couple of months but come say hi to the artists at the opening Friday or check out the art on the walls when you attend one of the many Mayo Street Arts shows soon.
