I’m hiking Ragged Mountain and continuing to Bald Mountain. I think this could be around 10 miles. Meet at trailhead on Rt 17 There is an option to just hike Ragged mountain. That would be around 4.8 miles or so.
Frenchman Bay Conservancy has some nice hikes away from the congestion of Acadia NP. These two hikes are moderate hikes through woods and granite. Hike Mt Agamenticus I plan on hiking all 3 peaks. The last time I did this it was 8.5 miles and 3.5 hours. I may have taken an extra long route. This could be quite a bit shorter possibly, if you you do a shorter loop. Meet at trailhead 9am
Donnell Pond and the surrounding area was one of the first purchases of the Land for Maine's Future Fund. Most of the lake is preserved with several small pocket beaches.
